A couple of months ago I wrote a post about QR codes. Recently I needed to find an APP for QR codes to a Smartphone running Windows Phone 6.5. Not that it is hard to find at all. There are a lot of apps out there. I will share a couple of the best with your guys here:
Free QR Scanner Apps

BeeTagg:

Personally I use BeeTagg, because it is free, fast, simple and easy to use. It is available for almost any phone you might have like: Apple, BlackBerry, HTC, LG, Nokia, Sony Ericsson and a lot more.
The thing is that these codes are getting more and more mainstream and a lot of people and companies are beginning to see the possibilities with those smart QR codes and the fact that almost everyone today have a smartphone and bring it with them everywhere. Another thing is that the codes make people curious, because you don’t know what is behind the code before you have made a scan with your phone. The way the apps works is that they use the camera in your phone to scan those QR code and translate them to a link or whatever the code represents.
Not everyone Thomas… I sure don’t, I’m so behind the times. Don’t even have internet access or text. Looking into the texting though, probably not the internet access. I did get an iPod Touch though so I have WiFi with that. Aren’t you proud of me? Moving up in the world.
Now that’s interesting because I figured that just scanning these might eventually start running into problems as well. Sounds like this can do the trick.
Thanks for sharing and sorry I haven’t been by in awhile. Hope all is well.

Hey, Thomas! I’ve been hearing a lot about these QR codes recently. I think it’s a pretty nice idea for mobile devices. I haven’t tried them personally, but hope to some day soon.
Great info about the free apps I can use. Thanks for the post and take care.

Great apps here! Way back years ago, I haven’t really know the use of qr scanner! LOL But now, I find its use, I would definitely try one for my nokia phone. I choose the one you’ve recommended, Bee Tagg. It’s nice that you’ve shared this!
I used the Bee Tagg app on the latest Nokia Phone I had. It was working great.
Thanks! I will have this one for my phone, for sure it could help me a lot!
