Goji Smart Watch 2

Review of my new Goji Smart Watch 2. All about, features pros and cons.

Goji Smart Watch 2

I have just got myself a new gadget. It is the Goji Smart watch 2. I have never owned a smart watch so I don’t have much to compare with. The reason to bought a smart watch, was that I don’t like to run outside with my big 6″ inches screen smartphone in my pocket. I decided to buy this cheap watch, to see if it was something that could keep my interest for a longer period than just the first 2 weeks.

The watch is easy to get started with. I just connected my new watch with the magnetic USB cable (included) to the watch and it snapped instantly. After about 45 minutes of charging the battery was at 100% and ready to use. I had already installed the Goji app on my OnePlus 9 smartphone and parring with Bluetooth was very easy. Now, I am able to see all data collected from the watch, on my smartphone.

Download Goji Active App

In order to track all your workout activities you can download the Goji Active app to your smartphone from both Google Play and Apple Store. It is a very good app that gives you all kind of information about your activities. Below you can see a couple of screen shots from the app where you can see information about both daily: Steps, Distance and Calories and also specific training activities.

Verdicts of Goji Smart Watch 2

I have now had my watch for a couple of weeks and I must say that it is working great for me. The touch screen works great and it is easy to navigate on the watch by swiping left, right, up and down.  The screen automatically turns on when you look or the screen. The heart rate monitoring is not working too well. The watch has to be tightened very firm around the wrist to track heart rate. If it is to lose, it will stop collecting data for your heart rate. For a smart watch to $40 I still believe this watch is good value for the money.

Pros:

  • Great Touch screen
  • Easy to use and navigate
  • Great app with lots of data
  • Nice looking Design

Cons

  • Battery life
  • No GPS
  • Heart rate monitor
